My stay was quite frustrating. The place was a little run down, with gum stuck on the bed frame and bathroom shower vent. I was also appalled to find used soap accumulating on the shower, suggesting poor cleaning practices.

While the ambience feels a bit run down, the comfy beds and friendly staff make the stay worthwhile. Just be prepared for some noise and cleanliness quirks—like used soap piling up in the bathroom. For those aiming for fishing adventures, it offers decent amenities for anglers.

The Sunlac Inn had some good moments, like the spacious fridge and a flat-screen TV that worked well during my stay. The A/C made the room comfortable, perfect for those hot days. One downside was the cleanliness. I found gum stuck on the bed frame and there were used bars of soap piling up in the bathroom, which felt a bit neglected. I expected better cleaning standards. Also, some minor things like finding coffee cups in the room would’ve been nice. However, the location was decent for accessing local fishing spots, making it a good choice for anglers.
